Bryan, the owner of the business, visited us. He identified that the issue with weak dryer performance goes beyond vent cleaning; we need to adjust the dryer vent line itself to prevent further issues. He explained how to adjust this ourselves, as opposed to paying a company to do so. He also checked the outflow of air, which … More confirmed the need to fix this issue now. He didn't charge for the visit and also offered to come back to inspect the line once the repair is made, also at no charge. Bryan is extremely honest and truly cares about his work and his customers. I definitely recommend him and his company for any related services or inspections. It's so refreshing to meet someone as caring and professional as Bryan.

Technician just inspected our dryer vent and said it did not need cleaning at this time. Suggested a recheck next season. And no charge which is something unheard of these days. Will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The technician did a thorough inspection which included the use of an inspection camera scope. The results indicated we did not need a cleaning. There was no charge for the visit. I have booked a followup inspection for next year.

Bryan the owner showed up exactly on time and did a thorough inspection and determined we did not even need a cleaning and therefore did not charge us, it was a free inspection. I highly recommend him as I appreciated his honesty and knowledge.

Excellent job and very reasonable pricing! Bryan cleaned my dryer vent, which hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and my clothes are drying much faster. It was easy scheduling on-line and I’m sure I will be saving lots on my utility bills. I was very pleased with Lint Medx and will use them again.

They went above and beyond to service my account. My duct was difficult to locate and they called in another rep and the two reps got the job done. They gave me 2 days work for what they expected to be a straightforward job and still charged me the original quoted price.

Extremely easy booking online, prompt response to confirm appointment. Upon inspection it was determined that no cleaning was needed, no charge for the inspection. Will schedule again in the future.

I found Lint Medx on google and reached out for an appointment to look at my dryer vent. The process was simple and fast. They arrived right on time and provided their estimate and I booked the follow up at a time most convenient for me. They were extremely flexible on scheduling which I appreciated. Again they arrived right on time and not only cleaned the vents but found a couple of issues with the hoses and replaced and installed. Professional, capable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Lint Medx!
